You have a generous 20-day return window from the day your order is delivered.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons:

  • Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email

  2. Pack the item securely

  3. Send the return as instructed

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • Your refund will be processed if approved


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your provider

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at:

We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Important

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
